원본 드럼 영상에서 Depth Map을 추출한 뒤, 제작한 Character Sheet와 Background 이미지를 함께 넣고 AI로 변환했습니다.
원본 영상의 동작과 공간감은 유지하면서, 캐릭터는 악마형 헬 드러머로 바꾸고 배경은 용암과 불꽃이 있는 지옥 콘서트 무대로 재구성했습니다.

Making
I extracted a Depth Map from the original drum performance video, then used it together with a custom Character Sheet and Background image to generate the final AI-transformed scene.
The motion and spatial depth of the original video were preserved, while the character was redesigned as a demon-style Hell drummer and the background was rebuilt as an infernal concert stage with lava and fire.
